PRESIDENT

Todd is a North State Native, raised in Weaverville. He loves Shasta County and is thankful to be part of the Economic Development Team. After high school he joined the US Marine Corps and served as a Topographical Intelligence Specialist, serving primarily in Washington DC and Okinawa, Japan. He then went on to Humboldt State University where he earned a Political Science Degree. He worked for Congressman Wally Herger in his Redding Field Office until his retirement. Upon his retirement, Todd was selected to attend the Coro Center for Civic Leadership’s Fellowship in Public Affairs and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area with a multitude of different entities. After the Coro Fellowship, he returned to Redding with his wife Ericka to start a family and now is the proud father of three boys, Hunter, Zach, and Tanner. Todd holds an MBA from Western Governors University

A proud midwesterner, Megan never expected to plant roots this far from home. But, after moving Redding she knew this was her family’s forever home. Passionate about her community and honored to be a small part of building the future of Shasta County, Megan heads up Startup Redding and oversees the marketing efforts of Shasta EDC.

Megan got her start in marketing as a startup founder. Her first company was a viral sensation, leading to deals and promotions with prominent recordings artists in Nashville, TN. She went on to found multiple companies gaining a wide variety of expertise in marketing and startup strategy, and eventually landed at the EDC doing the work she truly loves – serving our community.

Audra is originally from Austin, TX but has been a Redding local for the last 11 years. She is very invested in seeing Redding and the greater Shasta County become all that it can be. She cares about creating memorable experiences and events that people can walk away from inspired to take action with their lives.
She has been involved in numerous startup companies helping them bring structure, clarity and organization to their ideas. She is always looking to find what’s missing and how something can be improved and is excited and eager to be working for an organization focused on this.
